Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Four Paws Pet Sitting, we strive to provide professional, reliable, and personalized care for your beloved pets. To ensure fairness for all clients and to allow us to manage our schedule effectively, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

We kindly ask all clients to review this policy carefully prior to booking any pet sitting services.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More in Advance
    Clients who cancel their scheduled service at least 72 hours prior to the agreed start time will be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Cancellations Made Between 24 and 72 Hours in Advance
    If a cancellation is made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled service start time, the client will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total service fee. This partial refund helps offset the time and resources allocated in preparation for your pet's care.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of service are not eligible for a refund. At this stage, it is typically not possible to rebook the time slot, and costs may already have been incurred by our team in preparation for your booking.

 

No-Shows and Last-Minute Changes

Failure to be present at the scheduled time or provide access to your home or pet (when applicable) without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Additionally, requests to shorten service duration after arrival will not result in a price adjustment or refund.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can arise. If you experience a personal or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. While our official policy will generally apply, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

 

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a scheduled service, please contact us directly via phone at (541) 550-8811 or by email at 4pawspetsitting24@gmail.com. The timestamp of your cancellation request will determine refund eligibility.
